I am an experienced in-house solicitor with over 11 years of legal experience both in-house and in various law firms. My in-house experience has been focused in the financial services sector within multinational businesses where I have advised on a wide range of commercial contracts and provided specialist advice on insurance related matters and regulation. I am passionate about adding value to a business by providing commercial and business focused advice and training, driving efficiencies and implementing change improvement initiatives. I demonstrate a solutions-based approach and find a way of getting things done!

I've spent over 10 years working as a general commercial solicitor in both London and Geneva. Initially training with a city law firm then moving in-house and working in a range of sectors including transport, travel, and utilities. I love working in-house and really understanding the needs of the business, building relationships, and delivering pragmatic, commercial solutions.

I have spent 18 years working in-house including the Automobile Association (The AA) where I was Head of Legal. This experience has taught me the need to deliver no-nonsense commercial solutions.

I have worked in-house for 11 years which has taught me to focus on what really matters to clients and to spot and solve real issues. I love to become embedded within the client team, developing the relationship and understanding how the client operates, enabling me to really add value where it matters.

I specialise in Employment law and applied HR practice, working with in-house legal teams and their HR functions. I draw on my experience of initially beginning my career in-house and then working in private practice as a Partner at VWV, before founding my own business over 12 years ago. Day to day, I provide solutions to a multitude of businesses and employers, all varying in shape and size: combining practical HR management and pragmatic employment law.

I am a data protection and privacy specialist with many years' experience in-house, having worked for multinationals and household names. I provide Data Protection Officer services and advice on all aspects of privacy compliance. I like to think that I take the pain out of privacy compliance for my clients, making it at least bearable if not actively interesting.

I'm a general commercial lawyer and have spent over 13 years' working in-house in various sectors, including software, engineering, manufacturing and energy, in regulated environments and in international businesses. I have a risk-based, pragmatic and commercial approach, and really enjoy getting to know the businesses and the people that I work with.

I am an agile, pragmatic, solutions focused commercial IP lawyer with 13+ years of diverse senior in-house experience in UK and global industry leading companies (regulated and unregulated), and 5 years in private practice helping a wide variety of companies from start ups to PLCs. I love rolling my sleeves up and getting stuck in, helping my clients to thrive.

I have spent more than 14 years working as part of various in-house legal teams in multiple sectors, advising on a wide range of commercial contracts; licensing and IP matters, M&A activity and due diligence, corporate governance, providing PLC Board support as assistant company secretary to the GC/Company Secretary, dealing with various HR matters and running numerous restructure programmes.

I'm a general counsel and company secretary with 30 years' in-house experience across industries such as engineering, software, financial services, transport and manufacturing, including listed companies, global organisations and regulated products and services. At Rebel Legal I specialise in corporate transactions, company secretarial practice and corporate governance.

I'm a general commercial lawyer and have worked for over 22 years in both private practice and for several years as head of legal in house, combining both experiences to provide commercially driven, pragmatic and technical solutions. I've worked with in house and external clients on a wide range of commercial contracts and IP licensing, with particular experience in the tech, retail and transport sectors. But the joy of working in house is the variety of projects and contracts that come through the door. It is very rewarding to work with in house legal and business teams, using our combined experiences to help deliver both critical and day to day "business as usual" work. It's all about getting the job done in the most positive, practical, commercial way possible.

I have over 15 years' experience as a solicitor, with particular expertise in commercial contracts, M&A, data privacy matters and IP issues. I have worked in-house since 2009, including 13 years at a fast-paced global media company. I have also worked within a scale-up company which uses its technology to help businesses make a positive impact in local communities. I love being part of a business and dealing with a wide variety of legal issues. I work closely with stakeholders, to understand their goals and appetite for risk, and my focus is on delivering commercial and pragmatic solutions to meet the needs of the business.

I'm a general commercial lawyer with more than 10 years' experience of private practice and in-house roles. I have a broad range of commercial experience gained working across a number of sectors, including most recently Dyson. Here my initial role was as principle legal counsel for Dyson's electric vehicle project. I'm a pragmatic lawyer who enjoys working collaboratively with others.
